At Paddock we aim to create a happy and caring atmosphere which welcomes and supports all pupils, parents, staff and visitors.

It is very important that all our children and staff have the opportunities to learn in a safe, calm and stimulating environment. Therefore fun, hard work and creative teaching are placed at the heart of the curriculum.

All parts of our community are equally valued and we take time to celebrate what we have in common and the beauty of our differences.

In order for our children to become responsible citizens we actively encourage the development of decision making skills and self discipline.

Staff, pupils and parents are expected to share and respect each others' views and work together to make our school community the best place it can be.
